LAHORE: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has announced that the 4th ballot for allotment of plot numbers in the LDA city housing scheme will be held on February 28.
LDA also informed the citizens that the land acquisition process has been expedited in Jinnah sector and PKR 1.5 billion has been allocated for it.
To be on the ballot, file holders must submit their opt-out letter to the LDA office by February 20.
Land owners who wish to participate in the project must hand over their land to the LDA before January 25.
Those who do not submit an exemption letter or have their land transferred will be disqualified from voting.
Citizens who wish to obtain plot records directly from the landowners should check that the Letter of Entitlement issued by the LDA is in the name of the owner and that the record has been processed to issue the LDA confirmation letter.
